Senior Data Analyst

What you will do

• Analyze data to understand user behavior and provide actionable insights;
• Work with the Product team to create metrics for tracking product performance;
• Design and conduct A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes;
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner;
• Develop and maintain automated analytics reports and dashboards;
• Integrate various data sources for comprehensive reporting;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define reporting requirements;
• Optimize reports for better performance and user experience;
• Implement data foundations like pipelines, quality reports, and dashboards.

What you will need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field;
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis and report/dashboard development;
• Strong experience with Python, particularly in data visualization using libraries such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, or Dash;
• Advanced proficiency in Python for data analysis and visualization;
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation;
• Strong skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI;
• Familiarity with other scripting languages like R is a plus;
• Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a plus;
• Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark is a plus;
• Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• High attention to detail and data accuracy;
• Excellent communication skills to explain insights to both technical and non-technical audiences;
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
