Key Purpose :Optimize operational efficiency through the innovative use of data analytics and automation, ensuring accurate and insightful performance reporting Your Tasks:

Gather data from various sources to calculate both GPIs and KPIs. Develop automated reporting systems (e.g. Power Bi) to enhance reporting efficiency. Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze data and generate insights.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports. Update and maintain GPI and KPI dashboards on a monthly basis. Monitor GPI and KPI performance and identify trends or areas of improvement.
Prepare detailed reports and visualizations for management review. Continuously assess and improve the GPIs and KPIs process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement feedback from stakeholders to refine GPIs and KPIs.
Design and implement Excel templates that streamline the process of financial and headcount reviews for individual centers, and consolidate them onto a GSSO level. Implement data validation checks and quality controls to guarantee the reliability of the data
Collaborate with Centers to investigate and resolve any variances in the data. Prepare presentation for regular leadership reviews and ad-hoc reports as requested by GSSO Mgmt. or GSSO stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process automation within the INSSC system to increase operational efficiency.
Collaborate with IT, Digital Solutions Center to implement identified and agreed automations with GSSO teams. Utilize PowerBI to create visually appealing and interactive reports that provide meaningful insights into the data. Develop VBA scripts to automate repetitive tasks in data presentation and analysis.

Your Profile:

Any bachelor's degree with 3-5 Years of relevant experience in MS PowerBI Dashboards.
Understanding of Finance domain, accounting processes and basic accounting principles.
Advanced skills in Excel, including VBA, Power Bi, Power Automate, Power Query, and complex formula creation. Ability to build dynamic and interactive dashboards.
Good communication skills to present data and insights clearly. Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
