NodeFlair curates companies too and ensure that they are top tech companies with engineering hub based in Singapore. These companies have substantial growth and funding, so there is no need to worry about job stability.
Unfortunately at the moment, we do not have any openings for freelancers, contractors and part-timers on our platform.
Currently, NodeFlair has an acceptance rate of only 5% for all job seekers who applied and submitted their profile for review
NodeFlair is a curated tech marketplace that matches top tech talents with our employers’ open positions. If we do not have enough opportunities with us, we do not want to disappoint you by accepting you onto our platform. But fret not as we are actively growing our demand with new employers, and you are more than welcome to resubmit your profile in a few months’ time.
The interview and hiring processes differ for each of the employers on our platform. However, you will receive multiple invitations within the first week of your profile going live and you can begin interviewing once you accepted the invitations.
Congratulations! Our dedicated Talent Consultants will keep in touch with you to ensure your profile is complete. As NodeFlair operates on a batch basis, we will update you on which batch you are joining and send you a onboarding mail to prepare you for what to expect.
Beyond the tech stacks you do, including information such as tools, technology, languages, frameworks, libraries, methodologies are also important. In addition, letting employers know how you contributed and is a valuable member of the team highly increases the chance companies will reach out!
You can indicate if you are looking for a lead role, management role or individual contributor. Open to more than one? No problem, you can select 1 or all 3 types of role.
This is only your expected monthly salary. Your salary are negotiable once you get an official job offer after interviewing with companies.

At NodeFlair, we value your privacy. As such, your profile is automatically hidden from current and former employers so the company’s users won’t be able to see your profile when they search for candidates on our platform.
Your expected salary should only include your monthly gross salary. Please kindly exclude any other forms of compensation such as equity or bonuses, as your full compensation package will be determined by you and your employer once you have been successfully offered a job.
When your profile goes live, it becomes visible to companies on the NodeFlair platform. Companies can see your profile and send you interview requests if they believe you’re a good fit for their position. Do check your email for updates for invitations.
Definitely! You can choose to interview with all the companies or none of it. The decision is yours and yours only.
NodeFlair is a tech recruitment marketplace and is different from a traditional recruiter. We do not match you with companies but rather, allow all the companies on our platform to reach out as long as they think you are a good fit for the role they are filling.
