[Hybrid] Senior AI Engineer (HN)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and generative AI (GenAI) solutions. This is a high-impact role suited for someone with deep technical expertise, strong architecture skills, and the drive to lead initiatives from ideation through execution.

You’ll be responsible for turning business challenges into AI-powered solutions and ensuring delivery at scale and with quality.

Key Responsibilities

· Architect, implement, and fine-tune AI/ML models (deep learning, LLMs, etc.).

· Build robust data pipelines for large-scale data ingestion and processing.

· Develop APIs and backend services using Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django).

· Integrate AI into end-user apps, ensuring performance and user experience.

· Collaborate cross-functionally to align AI solutions with business goals.

· Monitor, test, and improve AI models in production environments.

· Maintain clear technical documentation and model/version tracking.

Accountability

· Solution Ownership: Lead AI solution design and oversee full development lifecycle.

· Delivery: Ensure quality, performance, and timely deployment of AI features.

· Mentorship & Collaboration: Provide technical guidance and coordinate with other teams.

· Communication: Present technical progress and results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Expertise:

· 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development and deployment.

· Proficient in Python and ML/AI libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

· Strong foundation in LLMs, NLP, computer vision, or generative AI.

· Experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, RAG pipelines).

· Familiarity with frontend technologies (React, TypeScript) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

 Preferred Skills:

· Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning or advanced NLP.

· DevOps skills: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.

· Edge-AI or Embedded AI deployment knowledge is a plus.

Communication:

· Excellent English (written & verbal) (must have)

· Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
