What you'll do:

Develop awesome features to support business and improve overall team output
Coding, testing, and debugging software with high quality output
Collaborate with Product, Business, QA, other tech team, and other stakeholders to make it happens
Peer reviewers for internal team
Planning and design team deliverables in quarterly basis
Manage production monitoring report and do necessary feedback actions
Owning a team or Mastering technical scopes
Managing future plan within a team or technical scopes
Prepare timeline and proposals to be reviewed by Engineering managers and CTO
Become a leader of the team/projects

What you should have :

Bachelor degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or other related discipline
Good in coding, testing, debugging, and maintain high performance scalable softwares
Mainly in Python. Side projects available in Go and Java
Excellent understanding of microservices architecture, system design, relational databases, and search engines.
Well known with coding best practices in backend project development
Detailed oriented, able to manage technical risks, and confident working in English
Able to communicate with other members of the team (business, product, and CTO)
Great team player for internal team
