我们正在招聘一位高级数据工程师，负责构建并主导大规模离线 Spark 数据管道，为公司的研究、分析和数据科学工作提供核心数据基础。

该岗位重点在于批处理数据、长期数据质量以及可扩展的数据基础设施，而非实时平台开发。你将与研究人员、数据科学家及工程团队紧密合作，交付稳定可靠的生产级数据系统。

工作职责

设计并开发大规模Spark 批处理 ETL 数据管道
构建和维护基于云平台的数据湖 / 数据仓库架构
确保数据管道的数据质量、可观测性及 SLA 稳定性
在大规模数据场景下优化性能、存储效率与计算成本
与数据科学及研究团队协作，提供可直接用于分析的数据集
负责核心数据基础设施的长期演进与稳定运行

任职要求

5 年以上数据工程或大数据系统相关经验
扎实的 Spark、SQL、Python 或 Scala 实战经验
具备构建大规模离线 / 批处理 ETL 的经验
熟悉主流云数据平台（AWS / GCP / Azure 任一）
理解数据建模、数据质量及数据管道可靠性
能够在远程环境中独立推进工作

加分项

具备 PB 级数据处理经验
有支持机器学习或研究场景的数据工程背景
有分布式系统或数据基础设施负责人经验
