Job Roles and Responsibilities

Extract data from the NMS (M2000, U2000, PRS, MyCom, and

SEQ)

Activities will involve the weekly extraction of the cell performance in

terms of KPIs and KQIs. The data to be extracted is specific time and

measures on the defined BSC.

Responsibilities:

Process and sanitize data for Nationwide, NLZ, NCR, SLZ, VIS, MIN, Baluarte, and Priority Towns from PRS/MyCom.
Process MSS data from U2000 and SEQ.
Weekly update of 2G, 3G, and LTE Grouplists.
Design, modify, and maintain performance extraction templates according to requirements from other groups.
Extract data as requested by stakeholders via NMS/Probes (M2000, U2000, PRS, MyCom, SEQ, Asics, SQA).
Develop, modify, activate, and deactivate backend scripts for process automation and other initiatives on NMS/Probes (M2000, U2000, PRS, MyCom, SEQ, Asics, SQA).
Verify data source integrity prior to processing, including manual dump files such as:
MyCom files (2G, 3G, LTE)
Mobile/Broadband/VIP/ESI Grouplists
Ookla data
Mobile/Broadband/VIP/ESI utilization data
New integrated data sources
Perform weekly and monthly updates of dashboards, including:
Mobile Data Dashboard
Mobile Voice & SMS Dashboard
Broadband Dashboard
NCR Dashboard
Baluarte Dashboard
VIP Voice/SMS/Data Dashboard
EG Dashboard
SG Dashboard
Roaming Dashboard
Ookla Dashboard
New Integrated Dashboard
Conduct housekeeping tasks for dashboard raw data via scripts.
Manage OS users for data integration and script development (create, modify, delete).
Monitor backend server performance including disk, memory, and CPU utilization.
Extract data for Mobile, Broadband, VIP, and ESI datasets integrated into the Amalgam Platform.
Manage users, groups, and profiles in the SMD Portal (create, modify, delete).
Configure thresholds and busy hours for newly integrated metrics and make updates based on annual BSC revisions.
Maintain scripts required for process automation and other initiatives (create, modify, activate, deactivate).

Job Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

Experience in backend development, data extraction, and processing.
Familiarity with network management systems (M2000, U2000, PRS, MyCom, SEQ) and telecom data.
Experience with automation scripting and dashboard management.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages for data extraction and automation.
Knowledge of data integration and validation techniques.
Experience with server monitoring (disk, memory, CPU) and user management.
Familiarity with KPI/KQI reporting and BSC metrics.
Ability to create, modify, and manage dashboards.
