Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Continuously evaluate and improve software performance and reliability.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Performance testing experience is mandatory for this role.
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Neotys NeoLoad, Apache JMeter, Dynatrace APM.
• Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience in scripting and automating test scenarios to simulate real-world user behavior.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and identify bottlenecks in software applications.
• Familiarity with integrating performance testing tools into continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
