• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to align project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and integration with enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Extended Warehouse Management modules.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within SAP EWM environments.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
