• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
• Experience in data modeling, report development, and dashboard creation using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
• Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and working with various data sources.
• Ability to optimize performance of business intelligence solutions for large datasets.
• Familiarity with scripting and query languages to manipulate and analyze data within Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to business intelligence reports and data accuracy.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
