High-Level Responsibilities

Serve as a core contributor within the Pharmacy POD, delivering high-quality backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot.

Work closely with the POD Lead and QE to ensure timely and accurate delivery of features.

Participate in design discussions and provide input on technical decisions for Pharmacy workflows.

Maintain code quality through rigorous testing and adherence to best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve technical challenges.

What You Will Do in the Role

Develop backend services using Java 17 and Spring Boot 3, following microservices principles.

Implement unit tests using JUnit 5 and participate in peer code reviews.

Work on cloud-native applications and integrate messaging queues (RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub).

Collaborate with product owners and POD Lead to refine requirements and identify edge cases.

Deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

What You Will Bring (Experience)

3–5 years of backend development experience with Java 17 and Spring Boot 3.

Solid understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native development.

Experience with messaging queues and SQL databases (Postgres, MySQL).

Familiarity with JUnit 5, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Exposure to GCP, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD scripting, and Java SWT.
