• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ruby on Rails.
• Strong knowledge of web application development principles and best practices.
• Experience with database design and management, including writing efficient queries.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
