Project Role Description : Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery. Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance aligned to business objectives.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Tasks Writing and implementing effective, secure and maintainable

software

Quality assurance: Testing (Unit, developer, integration, UI,

performance) incl. test automation as well as manual testing

and smoke tests

Database: design & optimization

Maintenance of build pipelines, related infrastructure and

middleware

Software craftsmanship, ensuring inner software quality,

Clean code, peer-review, pair-programming

Identification of potential for synergies, optimizations and re

factorings

Exchange with stakeholder:

feature evaluation, planning, discussion & consulting, gain

and share insights into business domain

Operations & monitoring of delivered artefacts and products

3rd level support

Special responsibilities e.g. release management

Work closely with other developers, PO, UX/UI designers,

business and systems analysts as well as other stakehold

ers
