Summary:
We are looking for an experienced FIS System Administrator to manage and support a suite of FIS platforms, including FIS Integrity, FIS BFA, FIS Collections, and FIS Credit Risk Management. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reconciliations, efficient debt collections, and effective credit risk exposure monitoring. The ideal candidate will bring strong systems expertise and a solid understanding of financial operations, credit workflows, and regulatory requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, and IT teams to improve reconciliation accuracy and automation.
- Support integration with payment systems, CRM platforms, customer data repositories, ERP s, trading systems, market data feeds, and internal
risk platforms.
- Monitor system alerts, user access, and performance.
General Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary system liaison between Finance, Credit, DT, and FIS support.
Coordinate upgrades, patches, and change management activities across platforms.
Maintain documentation of system configurations, interfaces, and workflows.
Support audit, compliance, and regulatory reporting by generating system logs, access reports, and data extracts.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Core Banking, CRM Applications, Accounting & Financial Reporting Standards.
- Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation within custom software environments.
- Experience in leading development teams and managing technical workflows to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- In-depth understanding of scalability, performance optimization, and code quality best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and tools to support project execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel familiarity with SQL or data transformation tools.
- Proficiency in Crystal Report Writer.
Preferred:
- Experience in financial services, corporate treasury, or credit operations.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework, audit and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GLBA, PCI).
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Core Banking.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience supporting FIS applications, including at least two of the following: Integrity, Collections, Credit Risk.
- Deep understanding of reconciliation, collections, and credit risk workflows and data models.
- Experience with system configuration, rule setup, data imports/exports (flat files, APIs), and integration troubleshooting.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
