Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of coding standards and best practices to maintain high-quality software development.
• Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling modules within SAP.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable financial software solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
