As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires engaging with various stages of the development lifecycle to create seamless and efficient solutions. The engineer collaborates with team members to integrate new technologies and approaches, ensuring that the systems developed meet client needs and enhance their operational capabilities. Emphasis is placed on adopting a cloud-first strategy and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively and deliver high-quality software products.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to existing systems to enhance performance and user experience.
• Assist in mentoring junior team members and support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
• Strong knowledge of both frontend and backend development processes and frameworks.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms and services to support scalable application deployment.
• Ability to work with databases, APIs, and integration of third-party services.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
