Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize innovative solutions that enhance client services. You will leverage new technologies and methodologies to address complex business challenges, all while maintaining a cloud-first and agile mindset. Engaging in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration will be essential to ensure high-quality deliverables. You will also participate in brainstorming sessions to explore new ideas and approaches, contributing to a dynamic and creative work environment.

• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with modern Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL or MongoDB.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
