Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves managing the complete lifecycle of system features, ensuring seamless integration from the user interface to the backend components. The role requires delivering innovative solutions that enhance client services by applying a cloud-first and agile approach. Daily activities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges and continuously exploring new technologies to improve system performance and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Assist in maintaining code quality through code reviews and testing.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Familiarity with database management and query optimization techniques.
