Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Engineer to join our healthcare technology team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and quality. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in modern engineering practices and thrive in an Agile environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain healthcare applications and components including:
  
  
  

Browser-based single-page applications (SPAs)

Micro frontends

Microservices

Orchestrated workflows

Participate in all phases of software engineering:

Requirements analysis

Application design

Code development

Testing and deployment

Follow Agile/Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality software releases every two weeks.

Apply object-oriented principles and design patterns to build robust and scalable systems.

Contribute across the full software product lifecycle: from prototyping and architecture to deployment.

Define and drive improvements in code quality, automation, code coverage, and inspection processes.

Conduct code and design reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Mentor developers on coding standards, problem-solving, and application architecture.

Develop unit and integration tests using a test-driven development (TDD) approach.

Document and communicate design and code specifications effectively.

Adapt to new programming languages, platforms, and frameworks as needed.

Maintain a structured and disciplined approach to work.

Comply with company policies, procedures, and directives, including flexibility in work location, team assignments, and shifts.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js, Angular.
• Strong understanding of web development frameworks and libraries.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
