Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the implementation of effective quality engineering practices, providing technical leadership, and guiding strategic direction to enhance overall testing efficiency and effectiveness.

- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

- Evaluate and recommend new testing tools and methodologies to improve testing processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter QA.
- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience with performance testing tools and techniques.
- Ability to design and implement test strategies that align with business objectives.
