Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior System Analyst / IT Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Cards domain and system analysis. The candidate will be responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions, with a focus on open systems, API, and microservices architecture within banking environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications

Perform system impact analysis and solution design

Collaborate with development teams on API and microservices implementations

Support integration within banking and card systems

Facilitate communication between stakeholders, developers, and QA teams

Participate in SIT/UAT testing and validation

Provide production support and troubleshooting

Ensure compliance with system architecture and standards

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Cards domain (credit/debit card systems)

Experience in open systems environment

Proficiency in Java

Experience with API and microservices development

Database knowledge: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server

Operating System: RHEL

Experience in banking projects, preferably card systems

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Batch

Exposure to AI integration in banking systems

Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in banking

Experience in end-to-end banking system implementation
