Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align testing strategies with project goals.
• Ensure timely delivery of automation test scripts and maintain test documentation.
  
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
• Experience in designing and developing automated test scripts using Selenium frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and continuous integration tools.
• Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and software development lifecycle concepts.
