You focus on streamlining processes to ensure accuracy and integrity throughout the testing phases. Your role involves evolving testing strategies to be more predictive and intelligent by leveraging innovative tools and solutions, thereby contributing to the overall improvement of product quality and reliability in a dynamic work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and process improvement.
• Assist in mentoring junior team members to build their skills and knowledge in automation testing.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new testing tools and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency.
• Document and communicate testing processes and results clearly to stakeholders.
  
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of software testing life cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
