As a Web Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and thoroughly testing web-based applications that support various components of a website. The role includes editing and updating site content to ensure relevance and accuracy. Additionally, the position requires documenting technical designs and specifications in detail. Continuous research is conducted to integrate the latest content and improvements into websites, ensuring they remain current and effective. Collaboration with different teams to align web functionalities with project goals is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize web application performance and user experience.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kotlin Programming Language.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with React Native.
• Strong knowledge of web application architecture and development lifecycle.
• Experience in debugging, testing, and maintaining web applications.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
