Technical System Analyst

System Analyst (Placement: Financial)

• Min Bachelor's Degree in informatics engineering, computer science, Information technology or related.
• Min. 3 years experience as System Analyst in FSI industry.
• Actively participate in business grooming sessions to provide technical perspectives, analyze implementation feasibility, and recommend optimal solutions that align with the application architecture.
• Design system architecture that is scalable, secure, and sustainable to support business needs and product expansion.
• Conduct technical reviews and validation of developed solutions to ensure compliance with the designed architecture.
• Willing to WFO and contract based under Accord (6month).

Technical Analyst (Placement: Banking)

• Min Bachelor's degree in Information System, Computer Science, etc.
• Min 5 years experience as Business Analyst, Technical Analyst in Banking Industry.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, IFRS, Antasena, SLIK, GoAML, and local compliance requirements (e.g., OJK – Indonesia). Familiarity with these is a significant advantage.
• Experience working with Regulatory Reporting systems and a solid grasp of banking operations.
• Skilled in data validation and reconciliation processes.
• Capable of acting as a bridge between business users and technical teams in the capacity of a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or System Analyst.
• Willing to WFO and contract under Accord (6 month - 12 month)
