Job Summary

Assist in developing, maintaining, and enhancing mobile and web-based software solutions to improve performance, functionality, and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support UI/UX delivery, software development lifecycle activities, and integration of third-party tools, contributing to ACP’s innovative ICT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance existing mobile solutions to improve application performance and user engagement
• Recommend and implement technical improvements to optimize functionality and user experience across platforms
• Support the design and delivery of high-quality user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for mobile and web applications
• Participate actively in software development phases including analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation to ensure robust solutions
• Contribute to proof-of-concept projects and prepare detailed technical designs to validate new ideas and approaches
• Assist in data modelling and manage mobile app databases to support efficient data storage and retrieval
• Support installation, configuration, and integration of third-party plug-ins and tools to extend application capabilities
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance
• Learn to develop, customize, and integrate PHP-based web applications within ACP’s technology stack
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment and manage multiple tasks to meet project deadlines

Requirements & Ideal Profile

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of Flutter and PHP development
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, MySQL, and CakePHP
• Understanding of mobile application development for Android and iOS platforms
• Exposure to RESTful APIs, JSON integration, and version control tools such as Git is an advantage
• Interest in UI/UX design principles and responsive mobile interfaces
• Strong passion for technology with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
• Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 4 months
• Hybrid work arrangement with 1 work-from-home day per week
