Job Description
Your Responsibilities
- Drive growth across the ruminant portfolio, including beef, dairy, goat, and sheep feed segments.
- Lead product lifecycle management, including new product development (NPD), reformulations, and performance optimization in collaboration with R&D and Technical Services.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives, including product materials, events, and digital campaigns.
- Partner closely with Distribution Sales to qualify and convert leads from trade expos and marketing activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Technical, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure product readiness, availability, pricing, and alignment with market demand.
- Monitor product performance through field feedback, trial data, and sales insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer (farmer) behavior analysis to inform product positioning and strategy.
- Lead planning and execution of participation in industry events and trade exhibitions, including coordination with organizers, booth vendors, and global brand teams.
- Develop event briefs, booth guidelines, and conduct internal pre-event briefings to ensure consistent messaging and execution excellence.
- Manage ruminant-focused digital platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), including content planning and campaign execution in partnership with agencies or internal teams.
- Track engagement metrics, respond to customer interactions, and generate insights to optimize future digital campaigns.
- Support the delivery of technical seminars, training sessions, and promotional activities in collaboration with technical teams.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in the ruminant and/or animal health sector, with exposure to product or brand management.
- Strong commercial acumen; prior sales experience is an advantage.
- Solid technical understanding of ruminant production systems.
- Willingness to travel within the Philippines (approximately 30–50%).
