Position Objective

Our team consistently handles operational issues across enterprise reporting and data integration platforms. These primarily involve Power BI reporting, SQL-based data validation, and Azure Data Platform & Integration Services, together with active coordination with business stakeholders to restore services within SLA.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Power BI: Troubleshoot refresh issues, manage access, deployment and report troubleshoot
• SQL: Data validation, query troubleshooting, root-cause analysis
• Azure Data Platform & Integration Services: Pipeline failure analysis, reruns, schema updates, alert investigation
• ServiceNow: Incident handling and stakeholder coordination

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, particularly in refresh failure troubleshooting and access/RLS management
• Strong SQL skills for operational support, investigation, and issue resolution
• Ability to work independently and own incidents end-to-end
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills in a production support environment
• Willing to support after office hours or on weekends when required for priority incidents

Good to have:

• Exposure to Azure Data Platform & Integration Services (e.g. Azure Data Factory)
• Familiarity with cloud-based data integration and monitoring concepts
• Databricks exposure is an advantage
• Coding or scripting experience (e.g. Python, SQL, or similar) for automation and efficiency improvements
