We’re looking for a Product Manager who loves getting their hands dirty with data, asks uncomfortable questions, and doesn’t take dashboards at face value. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, tech, and business and is ideal for someone who enjoys deep problem-solving, structured thinking, and real ownership.
You’ll work closely with engineering, analytics, business teams, and external bank partners to identify problems, validate them with data, and ship meaningful solutions.
Who is an ideal candidate?
· Deep dive into data: Write complex SQL queries, build and maintain dashboards, and independently validate metrics. You should be comfortable questioning data quality, identifying gaps, and working with tech/analytics teams to fix data pipelines when needed.
· D2C Product Experience: Brings hands-on experience in building and scaling direct-to-consumer (D2C) products with a strong focus on user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Has successfully shipped consumer-facing features with a bias for speed, experimentation, and measurable business impact.
· AI Native: Thinks AI-first when solving problems, identifying opportunities to leverage AI/ML to create step-change improvements in product experience, efficiency, and personalization. Actively experiments with emerging AI tools and embeds them into product thinking and execution.
· Customer obsession: Deeply understands customer needs through data, research, and continuous feedback loops, and uses these insights to drive product decisions. Constantly seeks to improve user experience, engagement, and satisfaction metrics.
· Strong execution ownership: Manage sprints end-to-end, write clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, prioritize the backlog, and work closely with engineering to ensure timely delivery.
· Cross-functional collaboration: Act as a liaison between tech, business, analytics, design, and other product teams. Translate business needs into product requirements and technical constraints into clear trade-offs.
What we’re looking for
· 4+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in Fintech
· Comfort working with engineering teams on data validation, APIs, and backend systems
· Ability to think around generating customer engagement and virality
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, can explain complex ideas simply
· Ability to think independently, ask “why” repeatedly, and challenge assumptions with data
· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and managing sprints
