Key Responsibilities

Acting like a business owner to take ownership of revenue and customers’ experience on Alibaba Cloud.
Identify and qualify potential clients in various industries.
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent sales growth.
Lead client meetings and presentations to promote Alibaba Cloud services and solutions.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Advocate for customer requirements within Alibaba Cloud (be their voice!)
Represent Alibaba Cloud well within customers’ environment (be our advocate!)
Work closely with the Alibaba Cloud Architect team to make recommendations on how Alibaba Cloud offerings can fit into customers’ architecture and improve their IT efficiency.
Drive issue escalation with Alibaba Cloud Service teams.
Periodic reviews of operational performance to customer leadership for Key Accounts

Job Requirements

8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the technology or cloud computing industry in the Philippines market
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Experience in prospecting and building connections with new target accounts
Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Strong business acumen and results-driven
Experience managing multiple tasks and projects in a fast-moving environment
Understanding of Cloud and Hybrid Cloud technology and solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle, Alibaba Cloud, and VMware)
Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Comfortable working in a global company with cultural diversity and fast-paced growth
