Role Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Partner with business development teams to understand customer requirements and design tailored technical solutions that address specific business needs.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with customer architects, senior technical decision-makers, and business stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships.
• Develop scalable cloud solutions using Alibaba Cloud reference architectures, demonstrating business value through case studies and alternative scenario presentations.
• Lead customer migration projects by providing hands-on technical guidance, migration strategy support, demo development, and Alibaba Cloud service testing.
• Serve as customer voice to internal teams by collecting and channeling feedback, identifying gaps/blockers, and providing regional market insights to shape product development.
• Represent Alibaba Cloud at local marketing events to showcase product solutions, share success stories, and strengthen market presence in the region.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong IT and computer science foundation with deep, practical understanding of cloud computing technologies and architectures.
• Proven customer-facing experience in pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting roles with excellent presentation and whiteboarding capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to create clear architectural documentation and develop segmented solutions for diverse industry verticals.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud product ecosystems including functional architecture, applicable scenarios, market positioning, and competitive differentiation strategies.
• Cross-functional leadership experience with proven ability to coordinate and integrate resources across multiple departments to deliver complex solutions.
• Alibaba Cloud certification preferred – ACP (Alibaba Cloud Professional) or ACE (Alibaba Cloud Expert) credentials will be prioritized.
• Trilingual communication capability – mandatory fluency in English and Vietnamese for local market engagement, with Chinese language skills as a significant advantage for internal collaboration.
