Role Overview:

As a Software Engineer I - Android at ALLEN Digital, you will play an essential role in building high-performance Android applications, contributing to end-to-end development. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help deliver impactful and innovative solutions while growing your skills with the latest technologies in Android development.

Job Responsibilities:

● Participate in building end-to-end systems under the guidance of senior engineers

● Work with designers, product managers, business stakeholders and other engineering leaders to meet the business goals.

● Passionate about Android Development with the latest technologies.

What are we looking for:

● A solid engineer at heart with excellent abstraction, coding, and system design skills with excellent programming skills

● An experienced engineer in agile software engineering teams.

● Experience and knowledge of the latest software technologies, frameworks, and broader.

● 1+ years of experience in Native Android development.

● Proficient in Kotlin and experienced with Android SDK.

● Solid understanding of Android development principles and best practices.

● Experience with Android frameworks such as Jetpack, Room, and WorkManager.

● Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

● Proficiency in Kotlin and hands-on experience in native Android development.

● Experience working in agile environments.

● Familiarity with Android UI/UX guidelines and responsive design.

● Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

● Experience with REST APIs and integrating third-party libraries.

● Familiarity with automated testing frameworks for Android.

● Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for Android development.
