Role: Group Product Manager

As a Group Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, development, and scaling of key product charters within the ALLEN Digital platform.

You will work at the intersection of learning science, technology, and data, driving products that meaningfully improve the student learning journey.

This role requires a strong mix of product thinking, analytical rigor, customer empathy, and execution excellence.

Background & Experience

6–9 years of product management experience
Experience building and scaling consumer-facing products
Demonstrated ability to own and lead a product charter end-to-end
Proven track record of delivering products from ideation to launch
Experience working with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, analytics, and business
Strong motivation to solve meaningful problems in education for students, teachers, and parents
Bachelor’s degree from a top engineering institution
MBA from Tier 1 business schools (IIMs, ISB) preferred
