We are looking for a hands-on AI & Automation Tech Lead to drive the design and delivery of AI/ML solutions and intelligent automation across the enterprise.

What will be your responsibilities:

Lead the architecture and development of AI/ML models and automation frameworks.
Define the AI strategy, toolchain, and best practices for the engineering team.
Oversee integration of GenAI, LLMs, and agentic workflows into business processes.
Design intelligent RPA and process automation solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation and AI opportunities.
Guide and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists.
Ensure responsible AI practices including explainability, fairness, and governance.

What are we looking for:

12+ years of experience in software engineering with 5+ years in AI/ML.
Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and GenAI platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.).
Experience with MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate).
Experience leading technical teams in agile environments.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
