As we expand our Copilot and Azure AI capabilities, we are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our Bangalore team and help build enterprise-grade AI solutions integrated with ERP platforms.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on AI engineer with strong Azure experience to design, build, and deploy intelligent Copilot-driven solutions for enterprise finance and operations use cases.

This is a technical delivery-focused role, working closely with architects, ERP consultants, and global client teams.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 AI & Model Development

• Develop and fine-tune AI/ML and generative AI models using Azure Machine Learning
• Build Copilot agents using Azure OpenAI Service
• Implement prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions
• Optimize models for accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency

🔹 Azure Integration

• Deploy AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, and Cognitive Services
• Build scalable pipelines in Azure
• Integrate Copilot agents with enterprise systems (ERP, databases, APIs)
• Ensure enterprise-grade security and compliance

🔹 Data & MLOps

• Prepare and manage structured and unstructured datasets
• Implement vector search and semantic retrieval
• Support CI/CD and MLOps practices for model lifecycle management
• Monitor performance and continuously improve deployed solutions

🔹 Collaboration

• Work with ERP functional teams on finance-focused AI use cases
• Support solution demos and proof-of-concepts
• Collaborate with global delivery teams across US, Germany, and Philippines

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Azure Machine Learning
• Experience using Azure OpenAI Service
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and generative AI

Cloud & DevOps

• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Docker or containerization
• Understanding of MLOps practices

Experience

• 4–7 years of AI/ML development experience
• At least 2 years working with Azure-based AI solutions
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems preferred
