Job Description

5+ years’ experience as an IT Business Analyst or System Analyst
Experience supporting HRIS or ERP systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Performance, or Compensation
Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
Hands-on experience supporting system enhancements and UAT
Gather and document HRIS-related business requirements from HR stakeholder
Translate requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories
Support enhancements and configuration changes in SAP SuccessFactors
Assist with HR system integrations (e.g. payroll, finance, identity systems)
