Key job responsibilities

• Architect and develop highly scalable, fault-tolerant, and available services that underpin large-scale processing solutions.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to design and implement innovative software applications using modern techniques.
• Leverage AI/ML technologies to improve compliance accuracy.
• Work in an agile environment, focusing on delivering the most important features for our customers.

A Software Development Engineer-III on the FinTech-Delta team is an autonomous contributor that leads the development, maintenance, and evolution of software features that help to establish stronger governance and controllership over security assurance, financial data and business processes and reduce risk in financial reporting

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
