Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field with a GPA of 3.50 or above
2. Maximum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Functional Consultant (preferably in Insurance Industry)
3. Have decent English
4. Well-organized and not allergic to documentation
5. Basic common-sense functioning normally
6. Not a total 100% introvert person, you need to connect to different people daily
7. Enjoys bonding with the team over coffee, meals, or snack breaks
8. Proud to be working as super team, not as superstar
9. Still have a sense of humor and calm even though things are tough
10. Have courage to speak up their thoughts and opinion
11. Detail person, you cannot design a good system without thinking about each and every spec in detail
12. Testing is a big part of the task, test-retest and repeat
