What will your job look like?

You Will

Build and iterate on GenAI-powered tools that help our engineering and delivery teams work faster — think intelligent code review assistants, documentation generators, test automation, and legacy code analysis
Work alongside our Principal GenAI Engineer to embed AI acceleration into active delivery programs, including legacy modernization projects
Research new tools, models, and frameworks — and actually present your findings to the team with a recommendation, not just a summary
Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to our growing library of GenAI reference implementations

All you need is...

A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field — or equivalent demonstrated experience
Hands-on experience with LLMs in practice: prompt engineering, API integration, fine-tuning concepts, or building applications on top of foundation models (GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral, or similar)
Python proficiency — you can write clean, readable code and you know how to debug it
Understanding of RAG concepts and vector databases (even from coursework or personal projects counts)
Genuine curiosity about how AI works, where it fails, and what responsible use actually means in practice
