We are seeking a Data Scientist with deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI systems to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. This role focuses on LLM-powered architectures, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agent orchestration, and LLMOps, enabling secure, scalable, and production-ready GenAI platforms.

The role sits at the intersection of data science, AI engineering, and enterprise architecture, supporting complex, real-world use cases across large organizations.

What will your job look like?

• Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions using GPT-, Claude-, or equivalent LLM-class models.
• Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for enterprise knowledge use cases.
• Build and manage LLM-driven pipelines, including prompt workflows, tool calling, and multi-agent coordination.
• Develop and operate MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers or equivalent components to support scalable agent interactions.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize accuracy, reliability, and performance of LLM outputs.
• Implement LLMOps practices, including model versioning, monitoring, evaluation, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with engineering, platform, security, and architecture teams to ensure enterprise compliance, scalability, and governance.
• Contribute to the design of enterprise GenAI architectures, aligning AI capabilities with business and technology strategy.
  
  

All you need is...

• 3–6 years of professional experience in data science, applied AI, or machine learning roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, Claude, or similar).
• Proven experience designing and implementing Agentic AI systems.
• Hands-on expertise with RAG architectures, vector databases, and retrieval pipelines.
• Experience building or integrating MCP servers or similar agent/runtime orchestration layers.
• Strong skills in prompt engineering and LLM workflow design.
• Practical experience with LLMOps, including deployment, monitoring, and evaluation in production environments.
• Solid understanding of enterprise GenAI architecture, including security, compliance, and scalability considerations.

• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Exposure to knowledge graphs, semantic search, or hybrid retrieval systems.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise or telecom environments.
