In one sentence

We are looking for a GenAI Engineer to design, build, and implement Agentic SDLC solutions that accelerate and enhance software development. In this role, you will work with AI coding agents and copilots (such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor) to automate and optimize key stages of the software development lifecycle across Java, C, and C++ systems.

The role blends core software engineering with hands-on applied Generative AI, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD modernization.

What will your job look like?

Design, build, and implement Agentic SDLC solutions using Generative AI tools and frameworks.
Use AI agents (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to assist with code generation, refactoring, testing, documentation, and debugging across Java, C, and C++ codebases.
Develop and maintain production-quality backend components in Java, C, and C++.
Integrate AI-assisted workflows into existing software development processes and toolchains.
Update and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for application and platform changes.
Enhance and support CI/CD pipelines to enable automated builds, testing, and deployments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including platform, DevOps, and architecture teams to ensure scalable and secure solutions.
Ensure code quality, performance, reliability, and security across AI-assisted and traditional development workflows.

All you need is...

1–4 years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience in Java and at least one systems language (C or C++).
Practical exposure to Generative AI tools for software development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar).
Understanding of Agentic workflows or AI‑assisted development concepts across the SDLC.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
Hands-on experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
Familiarity with Git-based version control and modern development practices.
Ability to work as an individual contributor in an agile development environment.

Nice to Have

Experience building or integrating custom AI agents for development or testing use cases.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with automated testing frameworks and code quality tools.
Prior work on large-scale or enterprise-grade systems.
