What will your job look like?

The Policy Ops RE will be responsible for the following activities:

• Provide production operations support for AT&T Policy platforms deployments.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with working knowledge of AOP and 3GPP interface‑level interactions with other Network Functions (NFs).
• Support environment deployments, platform configuration, and testing activities for AOP platform.
• Execute operational and support tasks as directed by AT&T Policy Management, including troubleshooting, validation, and stabilization activities.
• Collaborate with AT&T Operations and Amdocs delivery teams to ensure operational continuity and rapid issue resolution.

Candidates for the Policy Ops RE role must meet the following minimum requirements as defined by AT&T Operations and Amdocs:

• Advanced experience working in Linux command‑line environments, including:
• Editing files from the command line
• Locating files and information within files
• Hands‑on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including:
• Docker
• Kubernetes (kubectl and related tooling)
• Experience with cloud platforms, including:
• Microsoft Azure
• Amazon AWS
• OpenStack
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools, such as:
• Jaeger
• Prometheus
• Grafana
• Experience with deployment automation and CI/CD pipelines, including:
• Jenkins
• GitHub
• Ansible
• Azure Pipelines
• Prior Amdocs Policy domain experience is preferred.
