Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining resilient, scalable, and secure infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Kubernetes, AWS, Linux, automation, and observability, with a proven track record of driving infrastructure improvements, mentoring peers, and collaborating across engineering teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Systems Engineering roles
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes (scaling, performance tuning, troubleshooting at scale)
• Proven experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, IAM, VPC networking)
• In-depth knowledge of Linux systems administration including performance optimization
• Strong programming and scripting in Python (automation, tooling, infrastructure pipelines)
• Expertise with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or equivalent)
• Solid background with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Strong understanding of networking (DNS, TCP/IP, Load Balancing, Firewalls, VPNs)
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing observability frameworks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Datadog)
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-team collaboration skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud deployments
• Exposure to serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, API Gateway)
• Familiarity with container security and supply chain security best practices
• Experience with AI-driven automation for infrastructure (predictive scaling, anomaly detection, self-healing systems)
• Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
