We are looking for an Engineering Product Manager to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will drive the delivery of internal applications, coordinate cross-functional programs, and champion modern development practices -- including AI-assisted tooling -- to accelerate our design-to-production process. Description

As an Engineering Product Manager on our team, you will be the driving force behind the planning, execution, and delivery of internal applications that support Apple's hardware technology operations across APAC.

This is the unique mix product management and hands on engineering (front end coding) with vibe coding.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of program management discipline and frontend engineering experience, enabling them to engage meaningfully in technical discussions, evaluate implementation trade-offs, and bridge the gap between engineering and business stakeholders. You will also play a key role in driving process improvements and exploring automation opportunities to increase team velocity and streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• You will partner closely with frontend and backend engineers, designers, QE, and business stakeholders to define project scope, establish milestones, and track execution from concept through production release.
• You will lead cross-functional coordination across multiple teams, facilitate alignment on priorities and dependencies, and communicate project health to leadership. This role requires balancing strategic planning with hands-on tactical execution -- running weekly status reviews, identifying and mitigating risks, driving resolution of blockers, and ensuring delivery timelines are met.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical program or project management with software engineering teams
• Hands-on experience in frontend software engineering, including React framework and JavaScript
• Demonstrated ability to deliver web applications from concept through production
• Proven ability to coordinate complex, multi-team initiatives with competing priorities
• Strong risk identification skills with the ability to drive mitigation strategies
• Excellent spoken and written communication with the ability to tailor communication style to multiple audiences
• Self-motivated and proactive; demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with robotic process automation tools such as automation platforms, n8n, or similar workflow automation frameworks
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) or vibe coding practices to accelerate design-to-production workflows
• Proven track record in defining processes and executing on them
• Experience with milestone-based planning and project tracking methodologies
• Familiarity with Agile or iterative development practices
• Background working with cross-regional teams across multiple time zones
• Experience shipping internal tools or platforms at enterprise scale
