Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud) - Singapore

Arbeit Group is currently supporting one of our clients in Singapore that is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to strengthen their Service Cloud and enterprise CRM capabilities.

📍 Location: Singapore

🏢 Work Arrangement: On‑site

📆 Working Days: Monday – Friday

🔍 Key Requirements

✅ Certified Salesforce Platform Developer

✅ Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with a strong focus on Service Cloud

✅ Experience in Visualforce page development

✅ Exposure to Salesforce Public Sector Solutions is a strong plus

⚙️ Configuration & Technical Experience

- Salesforce administration setup (org, users, profiles, roles, security & data access)

- Designing and maintaining custom objects, custom fields, picklists, and page layouts

- Experience with workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and Flows

- Strong capability in reports and dashboards configuration

- Hands‑on experience with OmniStudio & OmniScripts
