Job Title: Python Backend Engineer - GenAI

Location: Hyderabad – HYBRID

Industry Experience: 5 - 7 years

About The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Python Backend Engineer with Generative AI expertise to work on cutting-edge AI-driven applications. The projects are already in UAT phase and moving towards production, offering an opportunity to work on real-world, scalable GenAI systems rather than just POCs. You will be involved in building, enhancing, and supporting AI-powered applications, including agent-based systems and LLM integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop backend services using Python
Build and enhance Generative AI applications using LLMs
Develop and manage AI agents / agentic workflows
Work on RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and LLM integrations
Deploy and manage applications in AWS environments (ECS, S3, etc.)
Support applications through UAT to production rollout
Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of AI systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, DevOps, QA)

Required Skills

Strong experience in Python backend development
Hands-on experience in Generative AI / LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
Experience in building or working with AI Agents / Agentic frameworks
Exposure to AWS cloud services (S3, ECS, deployment)
Experience in building REST APIs / microservices
Understanding of application deployment and production environments
