About The Role

Job Title: Java Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance platform services and applications, proactively implementing AI solutions to automate repetitive tasks and increase scalability.
Leverage AI technologies and tools throughout development, testing, deployment, and optimisation to automate tasks, enhance productivity, drive innovation, improve code quality, and personalise user experiences.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, devising innovative solutions to enhance productivity.
Maintain high standards of code quality, organisation, and automation to reduce errors.
Implement REST APIs, microservices and UI components, adhering to design guidelines and business objectives.
Write unit tests and support integration testing to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Fix defects and support sprint commitments, prioritising and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with QA to resolve defects and improve test coverage.
Participate in code reviews and CI/CD pipeline execution, streamlining deployment processes.
Follow secure coding and quality standards, ensuring real-time security and compliance.
Design and deliver solutions using AWS services and RESTful APIs to drive innovation and productivity.
Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continual improvement and efficiency.
Adopt DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, utilising automation and monitoring tools for optimal performance and reliability.
Ensure compliance with security and IT standards (such as SOX, ITGC, ITAC, HP Cyber Security, etc), and quality standards throughout the process.
