Job Title: Python Automation Tester

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Python Automation Tester with experience in desktop application testing and automation tools. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Python scripting, automation frameworks, and a good understanding of software testing fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute automation test scripts using Python.
Perform desktop application testing and automation using relevant tools.
Design and maintain automation frameworks for functional and regression testing.
Execute test cases, identify defects, and track issues to closure.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.
Perform integration and end-to-end testing for application workflows.
Maintain test documentation and automation reports.

Required Skills

1–4 years of experience in automation testing.
Strong knowledge of Python scripting.
Experience with desktop application testing tools (e.g., PyAutoGUI, WinAppDriver, AutoIt, Sikuli, etc.).
Understanding of automation frameworks and test design principles.
Basic knowledge of API testing.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
Understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC) and Agile methodologies.
