About The Role

We are seeking a skilled QA Lead to join our team. The QA Lead will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process and ensuring that all products meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
Lead a team of QA testers to ensure that all products meet quality standards.
Create test plans and test cases for new products and features.
Conduct manual and automated testing to identify bugs and issues.
Work closely with developers to resolve issues and improve product quality.
Track and report on testing progress and results.
Provide feedback and recommendations for product improvements.

Required Skills

Proven experience as a QA Lead or similar role.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with manual and automated testing tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills

Experience with performance and security testing.
Knowledge of Agile development processes.
Certification in software testing.

Education Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
