As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to support scalable and reliable applications. You will work closely with development teams to improve deployment automation, monitoring, and operational excellence across environments.

In this role, you will also act as a technical representative in client engagements. You will participate in client meetings, support pre-sales activities, and help translate business requirements into technical solutions. This includes providing technical input for proposals, solution designs, and implementation approaches.

You will take part in troubleshooting and resolving production issues, documenting best practices, and ensuring compliance with internal standards. As a senior member, you are expected to guide and support junior engineers, promote DevOps principles, and contribute to continuous improvement of cloud operations and delivery processes.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in application deployment and operations on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
Strong experience in designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.)
Solid experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.)
Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, etc.)
Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in production environments
Ability to participate in client meetings and act as a technical representative during pre-sales activities
Experience supporting pre-sales processes: technical clarification, solution design, estimation, and proposal support
Good communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients
Good documentation and technical writing skills
Basic project coordination or technical leadership experience
Fluent in English (Japanese is a plus / optional)
Experience with AI, ML, or data lake implementation is a plus
Willing to be place in Jakarta
